Terms of use
The service is free, provided as is, and is a technical observation tool. The clauses below set out the limits of that.
What the service does
teknikprime fetches the address you submit live, examines it for technical SEO and AI visibility, and shows the result in that request’s response. It offers no accounts, quotas, report archive or scheduled crawling.
The nature of the results
- The scores in the report are our own weighting. They are not an official score from Google, OpenAI or any other company, and are not endorsed by them.
- Findings are technical observations of the response at the moment of the audit. They guarantee no ranking, traffic or presence in AI answers.
- Version and support-status information is a snapshot as of the date stated on the page.
- Testing any ready-made fix we publish in your own environment before applying it is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to place third-party sites under load or to degrade their availability.
- Do not send automated bulk requests. The engine reaches target sites within politeness limits; we may block use that tries to exceed them.
- Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose or to probe systems you are not authorised to access.
- We reserve the right to restrict or block access where we identify abuse.
Availability and changes
Because the service is free, no commitment of uninterrupted operation is given. We may change the check catalogue, the score weights and the interface without notice. If a target site blocks our crawler the audit cannot complete; that is not a service fault and the report says so.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data arising from changes you make on the basis of a report. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law our total liability is zero; no payment is taken for the service.
Intellectual property
The check catalogue, the explanatory copy, the scoring method and the interface are ours. You may freely use, share within your team and publish the report content we produce for your own site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. [yetkili mahkeme ve icra daireleri] shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
