What to write about

Reporting a wrong finding: If the report showed a problem your site does not have, send the address you audited and which finding is wrong. False positives are the highest-priority class of bug for us.
Requests about our crawler: If you see TeknikPrimeBot in your server logs and want to cut off access, blocking it in robots.txt is enough. The crawler page explains how; you are welcome to write anyway.
Data requests: GDPR and KVKK requests come to the same address. Because no audit record is stored, most end with "there is no data to delete" — each one still gets a written reply.

This is the user agent you will see in your server logs. Our politeness limits: at most 8 seconds per request, a 3 MB body cap, and never more than one concurrent request per second to a target site.
